DESIGN

TRIAD offers custom design. Our experienced designers create compelling solutions that support your brand and engage the consumer. Designers work closely with our engineers to guide your fixtures through production, ensuring that the design intent is followed, fixtures are cost competitive and brand guidelines have been met.

ENGINEERING

Our engineers work closely with the Account Executive, Design, and Production teams to evolve ideas into drawings. Everything from TRIAD is engineered in house with state-of-the-art technology and software. Engineered drawings and models are directly exported into CNC programming software reducing time and errors.

IMPORT

Triad has long term relationships with factories throughout the world. We meet with our over-seas partners weekly to review, QC projects and ensure project timelines are met. With over 40 years of relationships in China, and a Team of 12 Triad employees, we keep a tight control on Quality daily. Our Suzhou offices manage Worldwide shipments from China to over 60 countries a year.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

At TRIAD, the service does not stop once the fixtures have been ordered. We provide complete Program Management, or additional value-added services as part of a turnkey solution.

WAREHOUSING & INVENTORY

Our St. Louis warehouse spans 1.2 million square feet of storage and distribution space with 60 docks. Our warehouses are outfitted with inventory tracking with our ERP system in real time. All of our fixtures have custom packaging to ensure quick load and unload times, safe transit, and deliveries without damages. We have the capacity to handle unlimited small package shipments, averaging four million pounds of freight with Fed-Ex and UPS annually. We have a team of LTL providers that we partner with to ship and deliver on time over 10,000 shipments per year. Our full truckload shipments average 3500 annually with capacity of over a 100 trailers loaded in one day. We have the facilities to accommodate any project.
