Facing unique residential and urban challenges, Schimenti built Mark Cuban and Todd Wagner’s state-of-the-art eight-theatre Landmark at the renowned Bjarke Ingel-designed Via 57 West development.
The new theaters boast an array of distinctive features; stadium seating, theaters ranging from 22 seats to 170 seats, a custom bar and concessions with bronze, etched brass and solid wood finishes. The theaters also feature laser projectors, leather electric recliner seats, and acoustical murals from Germany.
