This was a cnc routered logo for my daughters wall ,we machined a 19mm foamex back tray and imbedded some leds around the inside of the foam we then cap the top of with some 5mm opal acrylic so the face would light up , this is a cheap and very effective way to illumated a letter face or logo instead of making a channel letter which is very time consuming
