For the prestigious midtown location the hyper talented chef/restaurateur wanted the uptown space to perfectly calibrate the successful downtown comfort food formula by creating a rhythm of colors in a theatrical ambiance. The original design intent called for a concrete tile that had to be valued engineered. The vibrant red and white porcelain tiles supplied in custom colors and configuration set the stage for a unique experience in the intimate dining and private rooms that met the budget criteria.
